These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of the Still Line Studio online store and to any purchase made through our store.

By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the store policies shown on this website and at checkout. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.

Online store terms
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence to use this store or place an order. You may not use our products or store for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you agree not to interfere with the security, operation, or availability of our store.

Products
Still Line Studio sells pillow covers only unless a product page clearly says otherwise. Pillow inserts are not included. Product descriptions, images, care instructions, pricing, promotions, and availability may change. We try to display colors and fabric details accurately, but screen settings, lighting, and textile texture can affect how a product appears.

Orders and payment
Orders are accepted after checkout is completed and payment is authorized. We may cancel or refund an order if payment cannot be verified, an item is unavailable, shipping information is incomplete, or fraud risk is detected.

Shipping address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an address issue after placing an order, email us as soon as possible at maoshuang@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee address changes after fulfillment begins.

Care and use
Please follow the care instructions provided for each product. Damage caused by misuse, washing outside the care instructions, normal wear, or improper handling may not be eligible for return or replacement.

Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds, damaged items, and cancellations are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Third-party services
Our store uses Shopify and other service providers for checkout, payments, shipping, analytics, marketing, and customer support. Your use of these services may also be subject to their terms and policies.

Intellectual property
Site content, product images, text, graphics, branding, and designs are owned by Still Line Studio or used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Still Line Studio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or products.
