This Shipping Policy explains how Still Line Studio prepares and ships orders.

Shipping destinations
During launch, we primarily ship to addresses in the United States. If checkout allows a shipping destination outside the United States, additional transit time, import duties, taxes, customs fees, or delivery restrictions may apply. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Order confirmation
After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address used for the purchase. Please review your shipping address carefully as soon as you place the order.

Order preparation
Orders are prepared after checkout, then tracking is sent by email once the package ships. Most orders are prepared within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays. During product launches, holidays, high-volume periods, supply delays, or carrier disruptions, preparation may take longer.

Estimated delivery time
Estimated United States delivery time is 5-8 business days after your order ships. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Shipping rates
Shipping rates and available shipping methods are shown at checkout before payment. Rates may vary based on destination, order contents, and available carrier options.

Address changes
If you need to correct a shipping address, email us as soon as possible at maoshuang@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee address changes after fulfillment begins or after a tracking number has been created.

Delayed or missing packages
Carrier delays can happen because of weather, holidays, address issues, or other events outside our control. If tracking has not updated for several business days, or if a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us at maoshuang@gmail.com with your order number so we can help review the tracking details.

Returned or undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to sender because the address was incomplete, incorrect, refused, or undeliverable, contact us so we can review the order. Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be resent.
