Do the pillow covers include inserts?
No. Roomwear Studio sells pillow covers only unless a product page says otherwise. This lets you choose the insert firmness and fullness you like.
What size should I buy?
Start with 18 x 18 in for sofas, beds, and accent chairs. Choose 12 x 20 in lumbar covers for benches, reading chairs, and layered bedding.
What insert should I use?
For a fuller styled look, use an insert that is slightly fuller than the cover. For softer corners, match the insert size to the cover size.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery: 5-8 business days after your order ships. Orders are prepared after checkout, then tracking is sent by email once the package ships. Delivery estimates can vary during holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays.
Can I return a cover?
Unused, unwashed covers can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customized, final-sale, washed, used, or damaged-after-use items may not be eligible.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email hello@roomwearstudio.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will help with the next step.
How do I wash it?
Remove insert before washing. Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Lay flat or tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Wash with similar colors and avoid high heat.
How should I style it?
Use one strong print with quieter solids, or pair two covers from the same color family. Cream, oak, olive, denim, cocoa, and clean neutral rooms work especially well.
